Reason Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Brahma Command platform and its SMS notification program. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Mobile phone number
- Name and work role (welder, foreman, QC personnel)
- Project and work-assignment details associated with your role
- Records of SMS messages we send to you and your responses (including opt-in and opt-out requests)
How we use your information
We use your information solely to operate the Brahma Command SMS notification program — to send operational, work-related text messages such as quality-control reminders, drawing and package revision alerts, RFI updates, material-readiness notifications, and document e-signature requests tied to your assigned work.
SMS consent and data sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for the SMS program — including your phone number and your opt-in consent — is not shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
We share information only with service providers who help us deliver the program (for example, our SMS delivery provider, Twilio), and only to the extent necessary to send the messages you have consented to receive. These providers are bound to use the information only for that purpose.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as you are an active participant in the program and as required for our legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
Children's privacy
The program is intended for adult project personnel and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
